1. After you purchase your tires go to www.continentaltire-rebates.com to enter your claim online by December 31ˢᵗ, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. No mail-in form required.
3. You must have a valid email address to submit your rebate information online.
4. Processing updates available online and via email.
5. Or you can submit your rebate information using the mail-in form.
Instructions for mailing your claim:
1. Complete ALL information on this mail-in form.
2. Mail the form along with copies of receipts to: Continental Tire Offer #23-89126 PO Box 540012 El Paso, TX 88554-0012.
3. Include paid invoice and original, dated, paid itemized receipt along the rebate form. Must be postmarked by December 31ˢᵗ, 2023.
