Please note we can only help you find factory standard sizes and unfortunately cannot help with aftermarket rims or staggered rim sizes. If you (or previous owner of your vehicle) haven’t changed your rims after purchasing the vehicle, then you shouldn’t have to worry! If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to try and cancel before the order is processed. We are unable to cancel orders that were placed more than 30 minutes ago because of our fast processing times. However, if an order has already been processed, then you will need to initiate a return once you receive the tire.

Returns and Exchanges
While this happens rarely, if the tires are out of stock, your order may be canceled.
We allow returns for 45 days after delivery. The tires must not be mounted or damaged. To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email! For more information, please visit our Returns Policy page.
We do not accept returns for any tires that have already been mounted or driven on. For more information, please visit our Returns Policy page.
Now that you have the labels, please remove all original shipping labels on the tire(s). Print out your new labels and attach them to the tire. Make sure the tire matches the label if different styles of tires were ordered. Clear packing tape is preferred. Please ensure your label is tightly affixed to the tire so it doesn't get damaged or lost in transit. Finally, drop off your tire(s) at your local FedEx - don't forget to request a drop-off confirmation receipt!
We issue your refund once the returned tire(s) reach our warehouse and we’ve confirmed the tires are in good condition. From there, it usually takes 3-5 business days to refund your original form of payment.
We get it, accidents happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong tires, we can attempt to cancel the order before it ships. If the tires have already shipped, the next best option is to return them. To get a cancellation or return started please reach out to our customer service team via email! In the very rare event that the tires that arrived are different from what you ordered, please reach out to our customer service team via email. We will work hard to make it right. We’ll provide you with labels to return the incorrect tires and send you the right ones right away.
Promotions, Rebates, and Discounts

A manufacturer rebate is a promotion that is offered by the tire’s manufacturer which gives you a certain amount of money back if certain qualifications are met. There are two types of manufacturer’s rebate, an instant rebate and a standard rebate.
Instant rebates give you your money back instantly, and are applied to your cart automatically at checkout.
Standard rebates may require you to fill out a form for the manufacturer, and then the manufacturer provides you the money back directly. Since each rebate is a little different, we recommend that you check out our rebates page for the terms for each rebate we are currently participating in!

Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the continental USA through FedEx ground. Your order can be delivered to an address of your choice or directly to one of our partnered installers should you choose to participate in our installation program!
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships out, or you can view your order’s status here!
Our warehouses are not set up to assist with in-person pick-ups. At this time, all orders will be shipped to your chosen delivery address.
We currently only offer shipping within the continental USA.
We do not offer free shipping on our products, however we do sometimes offer it as a promotion for specific brands or models.
Our shipping times are estimations and not guarantees. If you find that your order is running late, please check the tracking on your order, or feel free to contact our customer service via email for an update.

Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday and are closed for select holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or the day before a holiday will likely ship the following business day.
Because we ship all tires with their own tracking number, they may get separated in transit or experience a slight delay. If you believe one is lost, please contact our customer service via email! We’ll work to get this sorted right away.
Handling fees cover quality checks, secure packaging, and warehouse management to ensure your tires meet our standards and arrive safely.Please note that handling fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Tire, Registration, and Coverage Information
Yes! We only sell new unused tires that are kept in properly conditioned warehouses.
Our DOT codes may vary. We work with 1000+ warehouses each with their own stock. Because of this, it is impossible for us to track the DOT codes on each individual tire. We can promise that the tire will be of brand new quality. Our tires are stored in properly conditioned warehouses with no chance for the material to degrade. If you receive a tire with a DOT code that you feel unsatisfied with, just let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
We work with 1000+ warehouses each with their own stock. Because of this, it is impossible for us to track the DOT codes on each individual tire. We can promise that the tire will be of brand new quality. You can read more about DOT codes here.
We do offer a Tire Reimbursement program that protects against road hazards on select tires! You will have an opportunity to opt in/out of this program during checkout. Please view this page for more information on this program!
While we don’t offer our own warranty, most brands offer a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects and excessive treadwear. If your selected tire has a warranty, you will see a badge on the listing that tells you how many miles that tire’s warranty is good for!
If you would like to start a warranty claim for your tire, please reach out to our customer service via email. We will collect some documents from you. Once approved, we will provide you with free return shipping labels to return the warrantied tire. Once we receive the tire to our claims warehouse, you will be issued a refund. The refund is determined on a case by case basis.
You can place a Tire Coverage claim on our website, or by giving our insurance partner Automotive Business Solutions, a call at (855) 506 3107.
You have the same rights as you would if you bought the tires in a local tire shop. You are still eligible for rebates and manufacturer warranties!
Installation Questions
In most cases, our partners are not equipped to lift a large trailer or RV to install new tires. For rim sizes 14-15, we are able to install the tire on a loose rim/wheel. It must be brought in separately from the Trailer/RV.
We work with our installers to provide a per tire flat fee! The fee depends on which installer you choose. You will see the associated installation fee next to the installer you choose during check out.
If your local shop is not included in the installer options, then we do not have a partnership with that shop and do not offer installation services there. You are welcome to select the Ship to You option in checkout and ship to another local shop. Just make sure you coordinate with that shop so that they know your order is arriving!
You will receive an order confirmation almost immediately after you place your order. You will also receive a reminder for your appointment two days before it occurs. If there is a scheduling issue, we will contact you.
If you wish to reschedule your installation appointment, please contact our customer service via email! We will be happy to facilitate that for you.
You will need your photo ID, your order number, and your vehicle! Reminder that appointments can take up to 2 hours or more, so please plan accordingly.
You pay for your installation during the checkout process when you place your order. If the store asks you to pay when you arrive to the shop, please let them know you prepaid. If there are any issues, please contact us via email while you are in the store so we can sort it as soon as possible.
