Shipping and Delivery Options

Once you enter your zip code, shipping rates and delivery time estimates will calculate when browsing tire options. Once you decide which tire is right for you, you can choose between three delivery options:

  1. Your tires can be delivered directly to your billing address.
  2. Your tires can be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.
  3. The tires can be delivered directly to a tire installer of your choice. Please enter the address of the tire installer in the "Ship To" address and be sure to coordinate acceptance of your shipment from giga-tires.com.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records.

Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on tires after setting your delivery zip code. Tires ship via FedEx Ground and the shipment times are an ESTIMATE of time-in-transit days according to the shipping destination you selected. Tires are delivered Monday - Saturday, and FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends or certain holidays. Once the tires are picked up, the time-in -transit estimate begins.  If you place your order Friday afternoon, or on the weekend, your tires it will not ship until the following week. Depending on when you place your order, there may be one, possibly two days of processing time. Shipping delivery times can be impacted by weather events across the country.

Giga-tires does not offer expediated shipping.

Out of Stock Merchandise

We make every attempt to provide accurate inventory levels on our website. Occasionally we are out of stock and have to cancel your order. In these instances, you will be notified by e-mail. We may also provide an alternative tire option for your consideration.

Home Delivery and Order Tracking

We send tires with delivery services such as Fed Ex. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires are shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

If you do not receive your order based on the estimated delivery date contained within your tracking number, please send an e-mail to info@giga-tires.com, or call us at 1-833 855-8575.

Delivering outside the United States

We currently do not ship tires outside the United States.

We accept the major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Affirm.  

Return/Refund Policy

You can buy tires with confidence from giga-tires.com. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund and the shipping is on us. Please contact our Customer Service department to initiate the return. Do not return any tires directly to our office, as they will not be accepted without a return authorization number and prior notice of the return.
