Wildfire Update - FedEx Delays
Due to the wildfires, customers in Oregon, Washington and Idaho may experience shipping delays due to FedEx closing the Portland Oregon hub. Once the wildfire danger has passed the hub will resume shipments as normal. We appreciate your patience during this dangerous time.
Covid-19 Update - Important!
During the Covid-19 outbreak, we have implemented the advised precautions to keep our employees and customers safe. We continue to ship tires Monday - Friday.
*Customer Service Representatives are working at home & able to assist you Monday - Friday, 5am to 5pm PST.
*FedEx delivereies may experience some delays as they work to handle the increased package load across the United States.

Shipping and Delivery Options
If you have checked your tracking number and need some assistance, please contact Customer Service.
When you enter your zip code, shipping rates and tiime in transit estimates will be calculated. Once you decide which tire is right for you, you can choose between three delivery options:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records. Once your tires ship, you will receive another email notification of the shipment.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on tires after setting your delivery zip code. Tires ship via FedEx Ground and the shipment times are an ESTIMATE of time-in-transit days according to the shipping destination you selected. Tires are delivered Monday - Saturday, and FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends or certain holidays. Once the tires are picked up, the time-in -transit estimate begins. If you place your order Friday afternoon, or on the weekend, your tires it will not ship until the following week. Depending on when you place your order, there may be one, possibly two days of processing time. Shipping delivery times can be impacted by weather events across the country.
Giga-tires does not offer expediated shipping.
Out of Stock Merchandise
We make every attempt to provide accurate inventory levels on our website. Occasionally we are out of stock and have to cancel your order. In these instances, you will be notified by e-mail. We may also provide an alternative tire option for your consideration.
Home Delivery and Order Tracking
We ship all tires with end Fed Ex. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires are shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive your order based on the estimated delivery date contained within your tracking number, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 1-833 855-8575.
Delivering outside the United States
We currently do not ship tires outside the United States.
We accept the major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover), PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Affirm for tire financing.

You can buy tires with confidence from giga-tires.com. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund and the shipping is on us. Please contact our Customer Service department by e-mail to email@example.com, or call us at 1-833 855-8575 to initiate the return. Do not return any tires directly to our office, as they will not be accepted without a return authorization number and prior notice of the return.
