Installation Questions
In most cases, our partners are not equipped to lift a large trailer or RV to install new tires. For rim sizes 14-15, we are able to install the tire on a loose rim/wheel. It must be brought in separately from the Trailer/RV.
Giga Tires partners with a trusted network of local installers to provide upfront pricing at checkout with full cost transparency. Installation fees depend on the selected shop: for Prepaid Installers, the exact installation charge is added directly to your Giga Tires order at checkout, whereas for Pay-in-Store Installers, you will see the per-tire rate at checkout and pay the shop directly once the service is completed.
If your local shop is not included in the installer options, then we do not have a partnership with that shop and do not offer installation services there. You are welcome to select the Ship to You option in checkout and ship to another local shop. Just make sure you coordinate with that shop so that they know your order is arriving!
Once you select an appointment time at checkout, Giga Tires sends an order confirmation email to verify your installation booking details. You will also receive a follow-up reminder email two days before your scheduled service. Should the local partner shop need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, they will contact you directly.
If you wish to reschedule your installation appointment, please feel free to contact the installer directly. If you still need assistance, please contact us via our online form.
You will need your photo ID, your order number, and your vehicle! Reminder that appointments can take up to 2 hours or more, so please plan accordingly.
Payment timing depends on the installer you select during checkout and is clearly detailed in your Giga Tires confirmation and reminder emails. These payment structures are set by each partner shop and cannot be changed.
Prepaid Installers: Payment is processed upfront during online checkout, so no payment is required at the shop (if the shop requests payment, let them know you prepaid and contact Giga Tires to resolve it).
Pay-in-Store Installers: Payment is made directly to the shop once your service is completed.
Payment options are determined by each local partner shop. When you enter your ZIP code at checkout on Giga Tires, you can view all available nearby installers alongside their specific payment structure (Prepaid or Pay-in-Store) to select the option that best fits your preference.
