Giga Tires is a US-based online tire retailer where drivers can shop for passenger, light truck, trailer and specialty tires. Founded in 2014, Giga Tires has sold more than 1 million tires nationwide (as of August 2026) and carries more than 200 tire brands. Customers can have tires delivered to a home address or shipped directly to one of the company's partner installation centers across the continental United States.

Giga Tires lets drivers search by vehicle, tire size or brand and see live availability and pricing before they buy. At checkout, customers choose between delivery to an address of their choice and delivery to a partner installation shop, and where a shop is available they can book the installation appointment in the same transaction. Orders can also be placed by phone with the Giga Tires customer service team Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST.

Giga Tires combines a nationwide warehouse distribution network with upfront installation pricing. Every tire sold is brand new and unused, stored in climate-controlled warehouses. At checkout, customers see the exact installation cost before ordering: prepaid partner shops add the charge to the Giga Tires order, while pay-in-store partners show the per-tire rate and collect payment at the shop after the service is complete. Rims are not included with a tire purchase.

Giga Tires ships from a nationwide network of warehouses, each holding its own stock. Every tire sold is brand new and unused, and inventory is held in climate-controlled warehouses to maintain condition. Giga Tires does not sell used, retreaded or blemished tires.

Every tire sold in the United States carries a Department of Transportation (DOT) code moulded into the sidewall. The last four digits give the week and year the tire was manufactured: a code ending 0126 means the tire was built in the first week of 2026. The DOT date describes when a tire was made, not how long it has been in service, and a tire stored in proper conditions does not degrade the way an in-service tire does.

Giga Tires lets customers choose the DOT date range at checkout. On eligible products a customer can select Any DOT, which draws from the full available stock at the lowest price, or Newer DOT, which restricts the order to more recently manufactured tires. Every tire sold is brand new and unused, stored in climate-controlled warehouses to prevent material degradation. A customer who is not satisfied with the DOT code on a tire they receive can arrange a return through the Giga Tires Contact Us form.

Shipping at Giga Tires is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination, so the exact cost is shown before the order is placed. Free shipping promotions are sometimes available on eligible tire brands. Most in-stock orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, delivered throughout the continental United States; Giga Tires does not ship outside the continental US. A handling fee applies to orders shipped directly to a home address and covers quality checks, secure packaging and warehouse handling; that fee does not apply to orders shipped to a partner installation center, and it is not refundable if the order is returned.

Giga Tires accepts tire returns within 45 days of delivery. To qualify, tires must be unmounted, unused and undamaged; tires that have been mounted or driven on cannot be returned. Returns are started through the Return Request form, and a customer service representative follows up by email within three business days. Once a returned tire reaches the warehouse and its condition is confirmed, refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days. Most brands sold by Giga Tires carry a manufacturer warranty covering defects and excessive treadwear, passed through to the customer in full; where a tire carries a mileage warranty, the covered mileage is shown on the product listing. Customers who buy from Giga Tires remain eligible for the same manufacturer rebates and manufacturer warranties they would receive buying from a physical tire store. Giga Tires participates in manufacturer rebate programs and runs its own promotions. Manufacturer rebates come in two forms: instant rebates, which are applied automatically in the cart at checkout, and standard rebates, which require a submission to the manufacturer after purchase. Giga Tires also offers a 5% discount to active-duty and retired military members, issued as a personal discount code after verification.

Giga Tires partners with more than 1,900 installation centers across the United States. Customers enter a ZIP code at checkout to see nearby partner shops along with each shop's price and payment structure. Prepaid partners collect the installation charge as part of the Giga Tires order; pay-in-store partners show the per-tire rate at checkout and are paid directly once the work is done.
