The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

The email address you provide will be used to send your order confirmation, and shipment notification. Your address will only be added to our newsletter distribution if you opt-in by checking the box at check out.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify specific individuals.

We Comply with Consumer Privacy legislation in all jurisdictions where we sell tires, including the new California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) which took effect on January 1, 2020.
