Return Policy
You can buy tires with confidence from giga-tires.com. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires, return them to us for a refund and the shipping is on us!
Here’s how the return process works.
Our goal is to make buying tires online a great experience from top to bottom. Buying tires should be as easy as 1-2-3, and the same goes for returning them when they aren't the perfect fit.
Request to Return
Returns are accepted within 45-days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return.
Prepare for Shipment
Tape each return label directly to the tread of the tires. Make sure the label is secure so it doesn’t fall off during shipping.
Deliver to FedEx
With the return labels securely taped to the tires, take the tires to a FedEx location and they will send the tires back to us.
We allow returns for 45 days after delivery. The tires must not be mounted or damaged. To start a return, please fill out our online form.
We pride ourselves on having the best return policy in the business! As long the tires meet our return policy standards, there is no charge for returns! Please note: the handling fee is non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for any tires that have already been mounted or driven on.
If the DOT number on your tires doesn’t meet your expectations, contact Giga Tires customer service. We’ll take care of a free tire return and guide you toward the ideal replacement tires for your vehicle.
Absolutely. If the DOT code on your tires is older than you prefer, Giga Tires will arrange a free return and help you switch to newer replacement tires that match your driving needs and safety expectations.
Now that you have the labels, please remove all original shipping labels on the tire(s). Print out your new labels and attach them to the tire. Make sure the tire matches the label if different styles of tires were ordered. Clear packing tape is preferred. Please ensure your label is tightly affixed to the tire so it doesn't get damaged or lost in transit. Finally, drop off your tire(s) at your local FedEx - don't forget to request a drop-off confirmation receipt!
We issue your refund once the returned tire(s) reach our warehouse and we’ve confirmed the tires are in good condition. From there, it usually takes 3-5 business days to refund your original form of payment.
We get it, accidents happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong tires, we can attempt to cancel the order before it ships if you notify us within 30 minutes of order placement. If you have missed the cancellation window, please initiate a return via our online form.
In the very rare event that the tires that arrived are different from what you ordered, please reach out to our customer service team via our online form. We will work hard to make it right. We’ll provide you with labels to return the incorrect tires and send you the correct tires ASAP.
