The Continental ProContact TX SSR tire features improved water dissipation and braking on wet road conditions as well as Run Flat tire capability.

This premium Continental Tire also has improved steering response with its optimized tire shoulder profile. It allows for progressive break away which is important in high speed manuevors like accident avoidance. The tread pattern is also designed to deliver a quiet ride with a tread pattern that does not create annoying harmonics and tread "whine". Its reinforced sidewall (SSR or Self Supporting Ride) allows you to drive on the tire at a maximum speed of 50 MPH up to 50 miles depending on vehicle weight and road conditions.
