The Firestone Pursuit PVS tire, (PVS = Pursuit Vehicle Snow) is specially designed for law enforcement and high-speed emergency use in winter conditions. It features a winter tread design which brings safety and control in snow, ice and cold weather conditions. It has numerous biting edges on large full depth staggered blocks. In addition to the sipes, this type of tread pattern gives much improved snow and wet traction, which is incredibly important on emergency responder's vehicles.

As you would expect, this tire is fully compliant with, and exceeds the severe snow service requirements of the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) and Rubber Association of Canada (RAC).
