The General Grabber APT tire is a good blend of long treadwear and onhighway all-season traction with off-road traction. It has an aggressive open tread pattern but uses silica based tread rubber for wet traction and long treadwear on paved roads. Considering the materials used and the amount of features built into this tire, vs the price point, the General Grabber APT tire represents excellent value.
