The General Grabber Arctic LT tire is a studdable winter tire that offers SUV and truck toughness with winter performance while maintaining a high level of comfort. It is available in LT sizes mainly for highway use, but with extra strength built into the casing for larger vehicles and weights. This tire has Duragen rubber technology that gives it extra chip resistance on gravel roads or abrasive road surfaces. Interlocking sipes in the tread create biting edges for snow and ice traction. For those that desire extra snow and ice traction this tire is pinned for studs. All the LT sizes have extra reinforcements in the casing and in the tread itself to account for the heavier loads. The General Grabber Arctic LT tire has the mountain/snowflake symbol for severe snow service.
