Ironhead IAR220 is an all-position premium radial truck tire designed for regional and limited highway service applications. This tire delivers superior versatility on a multitude of vehicle platforms. IAR220 is a perfect fit for intrastate & interstate buses, regional trucks, freight trucks, local buses, dump trucks, or transit vehicles. The tread features micro-sipes within groove walls for enhanced traction in all-weather conditions, while variable tread angles designed for self-cleaning and stone ejection purposes to avoid cuts, chips, and extend the tread’s life. Its reinforced sidewall is strong enough to absorb curb or impact damage and helps to extend the life of the tire. Ironhead IAR220 has four deep circumferential grooves designed to effectively evacuate water away from the tire’s footprint and reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
