Purchase your tires and submit your receipt to Continental at the link below. You must postmark or submit your claim online or by mail-in form to Continental Tires by 06/30/2026 to be eligible for the prepaid card.

How to redeem your rebate
- Go to www.continentaltire-rebates.com to enter your claim online by 01/07/2026 (recommended for faster processing).
- Alternatively, mail the rebate form and all required documents to: PO Box 787, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
- Submission must include copy or original, dated, paid, itemized receipt and invoice. For online purchases, also include an original, dated, itemized proof of installation.
