Receive up to a $75 Cooper Tires Visa Prepaid Card by mail when you purchase a new set of four (4) eligible Cooper tires for your passenger, SUV, and light truck. This offer is valid from March 1 to April 30, 2023. This is not an instant rebate. You must postmarked or submit your receipt to Cooper Tires no later than May 30, 2023. Submit by mail-in form or online to www.CooperTiresPromos.com to expedite your rebate application by 2 weeks.

How to redeem your rebate:

1. After you purchase your tires go to www.CooperTiresPromos to enter your claim online by May 30, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

2. You must have a valid email address to submit your rebate information online.

3. Or you can submit your rebate information using the mail-in form.

Instructions for mailing your claim:

1. Complete the mail-inform. This is not transferable, so the name on the mail-in form must match the name on the sales receipt. Work orders will not be accepted unless accompanied by a final invoice or receipt.

2. Include the original dated sales receipt showing purchase of qualifying Cooper tires and purchase price. Circle the tires purchased on the receipt, which must be one (1) set of four (4) of the Cooper tires listed above. Substitutions are not eligible.
