How to redeem your rebate:
1. After you purchase your tires go to yokohamatirerebates.com to enter your claim online by November 30ᵗʰ, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. You must have a valid email address to submit your rebate information online and must have a copy of the purchase receipt.
3. Limit 2 Yokohama Mastercard Prepaid Card redemptions per household, customer, or email address. The required invoice for a second redemption must show purchase of an additional set of 4 or 5 tires for a different vehicle than the one referenced in the first redemption.
Instructions for mailing your claim:
1. Complete the mail-in form.
2. Mail your purchase invoice along with the completed redemption form to: Yokohama Fall Rebate, YK23-7372, PO Box 472, Scottsdale, AZ 85252-0472 postmarked by November 30ᵗʰ, 2023.
