Americus Touring Plus is an all-season fuel-efficient high-performance tire built for small and mid-size passenger vehicles. The tire's compound created to reduce fuel consumption and therefore increase mileage, whether you drive in the city on the highway. Americus Touring Plus has an excellent handling and sharp steering, as well as increased towing stability at any speed. Its four circumferential grooves and shoulder grooves help to effectively evacuate water and slush away from the tire’s footprint, therefore improving stability and resisting hydroplaning.
About the Manufacturer:
Americus Tires was introduced in 1990 by American Omni Trading (AOT), a major U.S.-based tire brand management company with over three decades of international distribution across 80+ countries. Americus was specifically developed to meet North American driving demands, engineering durable, high-load tires for light trucks, SUVs, commercial fleets, and passenger vehicles.
By managing global manufacturing partnerships under rigorous quality assurance protocols, AOT ensures Americus tires feature high-strength bead construction, puncture-resistant sidewalls, and ISO 9001 quality compliance. The brand is widely recognized for delivering commercial-grade casing integrity and long treadwear for both work and daily transportation.
Technical Engineering & Authority Highlights:

- Heavy-Duty Casing Architecture: Built with high-tensile steel belt packages and multi-ply sidewalls to sustain high payload capacities and towing stress.
- All-Terrain & Off-Road Traction: High-void tread patterns and aggressive shoulder lugs engineered for self-cleaning mud evacuation and off-road bite.
