Ornate is a commercial replacement tire brand managed and exported globally by Qingdao Nama Industrial Co., Ltd. (NAMA Tire), an international tire corporation headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. Developed specifically for commercial fleet requirements, Ornate focuses on medium commercial truck and bus radial (TBR) tires built to meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and international safety standards. Manufactured under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified quality systems, the Ornate product line covers steer, drive, trailer, and all-position axle configurations. Engineered with high-tensile steel radial casings, heat-resistant tread formulations, and stone-ejecting groove designs, Ornate delivers high payload capacity, uniform tread wear, and casing retreadability for commercial transport operators.
The load index (LI) is a 2- or 3-digit number that correlates to the maximum amount of weight the tire can carry. For example, a tire with a load index of 87 indicates that the tire can carry a maximum load of 1,201 lbs. In this particularly example, 4 tires (each with a load index of 87) can carry a maximum of 4,804 lbs. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for the recommended minimum load index.
