Venom Power is an American-designed, enthusiast-focused tire brand managed under Trans America Tire Co., Ltd., with corporate headquarters located in Memphis, Tennessee. Designed specifically to meet the demands of the North American market, Venom Power tires are produced in modern manufacturing facilities in China and Thailand utilizing advanced automated moulding and quality control systems.
Specializing in light truck, SUV, Jeep, and UTV applications, Venom Power has built a strong reputation within custom truck communities for offering high-flotation sizing, wide fitments (such as 12.50" to 14.50" widths for 20"-26" wheels), and aggressive dual-sidewall designs. By combining high-void tread ratios, step-block technology, and reinforced puncture-resistant plies, the brand provides serious off-road capability and everyday road stability.
The load index (LI) is a 2- or 3-digit number that correlates to the maximum amount of weight the tire can carry. For example, a tire with a load index of 87 indicates that the tire can carry a maximum load of 1,201 lbs. In this particularly example, 4 tires (each with a load index of 87) can carry a maximum of 4,804 lbs. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for the recommended minimum load index.
