Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT ROF

The Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT ROF tire is a run-flat performance tire made for sedans and sports cars with responsive handling, good mileage and extended mobility. The tire delivers the high performance thanks to a combination of features in the tread pattern, the rubber compound, and in the internal construction of the tire.

The tread rubber is a highly refined carbon black tread compound technology developed by Dunlop Motorsport for race tire levels of adhesion on dry and wet roads. This advanced tread rubber is molded into an asymmetric design with reinforced tread blocks on the shoulder and a solid center rib. This makes the tire durable, and more responsive to sudden high speed maneuvers and hard braking. The internal structure of the Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT ROF features Dunlop's most advanced Hybrid Jointless Band (JLB) spirally wrapped Aramid wrap on top of twin belts and a zero pressure casing. Unlike some other runflat tires, the Dunlop delivers a smooth, comfortable ride, so you will not notice you are riding on run-flat tires. ROF stands for "Run On Flat" so you get the added feature of extended mobility of up to 50 miles in the event of a loss of air pressure.
